Free Lifetime Repair Warranty

While Haya Diamond ornaments are covered under a free lifetime repair warranty, the following exclusions apply to the complimentary coverage.

Missing Components

The cost of materials required to replace any missing structural parts of the ornament shall be borne by the customer.

Missing Gemstones

The complimentary replacement warranty covers missing diamonds up to a total of 0.03 carats, whether it is a single stone or multiple pieces.
